Richard Cheese

Lately I have been downloading a lot of Richard Cheese's stuff. He covers songs that are popular, metal, rock and anything he feels like really. He changes the songs into something completely different. Sometimes he makes his own songs. (I'll include a video of my favorite song of his later). He covers songs in a lounge-y voice that reminds me a lot of Frank Sinatra. It's freaking hilarious when he sings words with a lot of profanity because of the contrast between his voice and words.
Dang how snazy is he? Bow tie AND Cheetah suit?
                                                                       AWESOME.

Pretty much my favorite song ever
I love this cover because this song seems so classy and jazzy to me. I feel like I'm actually in a lounge.

Omg when I heard his version of my favorite NIN song I laughed so hard I fell out of my chair. Also it was 2 in the morning and EVERYTHING is funnier at night.
Omg if you are reading this PLEASE check out Richard Cheese! It will be so worth it!

Parodies of songs

Sometimes when I hear a parody of a song, I like it even more then the original. Whenever I'm on the internet(which is 24/7) I always find parodies of songs that play on the radio or are classics. Most of the time I like the parody even better than the original. It's like doing a cover of a song but with a lot of creativity and time. Sometimes they make bad songs AWESOME!

For example one of my favorite parody of all time is "The Star Wars That I Used To Know" it's a parody of the overplayed Goyte song "Somebody That I Used to Know". I used to like the Goyte version but after hearing it non stop 24/7, I was like
me
So here is the original version
and here is my favorite parody
If you like Star Wars, you will fall deeply in love with this video.

Here are a few more parodies

                                                             Hunger Games WHAT WHAT!

Sometimes I like both versions.

The Naked and Famous (Makeup Blog #1)

The Naked and the Famous was the first band I saw in concert. It was an amazing experience.
First of all the band members. Thom Powers is really cute and he had the most adorable British accent, and Alisa Xaylaith is the coolest asian ever you will ever get to meet. She tells funny jokes and has a British accent too!
how perfect are they?
Their album  Passive Me, Aggressive you is really good. I like the techno-y beats and the breathy sound combined voices. It's very unique to me.
My top two from the album are

All of this
and
Girls like you
They also had the coolest light show ever! I would try to find a video but most of them are seizure inducing .

But I just wanted to say it was so fun! Everyone was dancing and singing and it was a BLAST! My ears rang for hours! It was so worth it though!
and Thom Powers is so attractive I can't

Zombie Nation

When I first saw the scene of the Beatles in the car and the fans running after, I immediately thought of the Zombies/Walkers in the pilot episode of The Walking dead!

The walkers chased after Rick on the Horse just like the fans after the car.
(I couldn't find a picture from the trip to the U.S, so I used one from a Hard's Day Night to prove my point)

which is which amirite? I guess thats why it was called Zombie Nation.
That always makes me want to NOT be a cop because fans can get CRAZZZZZY!

The Beatles First Visit to the U.S

Wowza! That documentary was so awesome! I learned all sorts of new things. For instance I always thought of John Lennon as a pretty nice guy, but he was actually an asshole at one point! I still love him, but I will see him a little bit different now. Also, It was really weird seeing John without his Harry Potter glasses.

I also like how they kept showing the little clips of all the fans. They remind me of me.
me
Also can I just say that short hair Paul and Ringo are soooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute. Kinzy and I were like kjshhjagsfsdfkhdjkfdsjfhsjfhsdjfkhj.
How cute is he Mr. A? SUPER CUTE!
And then there's Ringo freaking Starr who is ajfhyjkdsfhsjkfhsfj I can't even.
He is "SMOKING"! lolol get it? (smoking hot? and hes smoking?HAHAHAHA)
sorry.

Taylor who?

I'm doing another post on queen!
So I was on facebook and I saw this post

and I was like people blast Taylor Swift? Errrrrr. So I went and I found my favorite lovey dovey song, and low and behold it was a queen song!

It's such a cute song! And perfect to sing to if you feel heartbroken!
I can dim the lights and sing you songs full of sad things
We can do the tango just for two
I can serenade and gently play on your heart strings
Be your Valentino just for you

Ooh love - Ooh Loverboy
What're you doin' tonight, hey boy -
Set my alarm, turn on my charm
That's because I'm a good old-fashioned loverboy

Ooh let me feel your heartbeat (grow faster, faster)
Ooh Ooh let me feel your love heat
Come on and sit on my hot-seat of love
And tell me how do you feel right after-all
I'd like for you and I to go romancing

Say the word - your wish is my command
Ooh love - Ooh loverboy
What're you doin' tonight, hey boy
Write my letter
Feel much better
I'll use my fancy patter on the telephone
When I'm not with you
I think of you always
I miss you -
(I miss those long hot summer nights)
When I'm not with you
Think of me always
I love you - Love you

It won't be long

So let's start off with some of the lyrics.
It won't be long yeah, yeah, yeah
It won't be long yeah, yeah, yeah
It won't be long yeah
'Til I belong to you.

When you first showed this to me, I was thinking "wow how did this ever catch on?"
But then...

I was like holy mackerel that is so catchy! The tune is upbeat and fun and I did not expect to hear the Yeah Yeah Yeah part sound so awesome! I've been listening to it on repeat ever since you showed this in class.
